Lovely Day, LLC (“Lovely Day”) is committed to protecting your privacy. At the same time, you should be aware that the purpose of the Site is to provide a forum for the free sharing of ideas, insights and solutions on major societal issues (from livelihood to healthcare) by and among creative mavericks, entrepreneurs, revolutionaries, radicals, and innovators with the goal of defining problems and opportunities for solutions and harnessing the massive power and potential of communication technology to do good in the world. This privacy policy tells you about our online collection, use and disclosure of information from you, including personal information. It also tells you what personal information about you will be publicly viewable on the Site (please see the section below entitled “Publicly Viewable Information”). The terms of this policy apply to all information collected by Lovely Day on the Site.

Publicly Viewable Information

The Site is a social innovation platform intended to encourage the free sharing of ideas and opportunities for solutions for pressing problems in our world. Therefore, all content submitted for posting on or through the Site is for public consumption, and you should not have any expectation that your ideas, innovations and other submissions will be treated as confidential or proprietary to you.

All of the personal information referred to in this section will be publicly viewable on the Site (collectively, “Publicly Viewable Information”). Publicly Viewable Personal Information includes:

• your name, username, avatar or any other account name (whether created through the Site or through a third-party service like Twitter, Google or Yahoo!) you use to make postings on the Site (this name, username, avatar or third-party account name will be publicly linked to all content you post on the Site)
• all personal information and ideas, innovations, comments, advice, photographs, videos, images and other information or content you choose to post on your personal profile page
• all personal information and ideas, innovations, comments, advice, photographs, videos, images and other information or content you choose to post or submit to other users’ profile pages or to any discussion forums, blogs, chat rooms, bulletin boards, message boards, and other similar interactive areas in which you or third parties create, post or store any content, messages, comments, materials or other items on the Site (collectively, "Interactive Areas").

By voluntarily providing Publicly Viewable Information to us, you consent to the public display of this information as set out in this privacy policy, and you understand and agree that this information will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that your fellow users of the Site may freely use and reproduce your Publicly Viewable Information for their own internal, non-commercial purposes and may share it with others for non-commercial purposes under the grant of rights in the Change-connections.com Terms of Use. If you use an Interactive Area, you should be aware that these areas are also open to the public and any personal information you post or provide may be viewable by others. We are not responsible for Publicly Viewable Information you submit, nor are we responsible for how others might use that information, including to send you unsolicited messages. Interactive Area postings may be retained indefinitely.

If you have an idea, innovation or work of authorship which you consider proprietary and in which you wish to reserve your rights, you should consult an attorney and should not post such idea, innovation or work of authorship on the Site. In addition, given the public nature of the Site, please do NOT submit any comments, photos or other information that you consider private, confidential or embarrassing.

Other Personal Information

In addition to Publicly Viewable Information which you choose to post, we also collect other personal information that you provide to us on or through the Site or through your other interactions with us, such as in e-mails or telephone conversations.

Personal information collected by Lovely Day or third parties performing services on our behalf (other than Publicly Viewable Information) may include the following: your name, username and password for the Site, your e-mail address, your account name for any third-party service (such as Google, Yahoo! or Twitter) that you use to log onto the Site, and your location (should you choose to provide it).

You may always choose not to provide personal information, but if you so choose, certain services and features of the Site may not be available to you.

Non-Personal Information Collected Through the Site

When you visit this Site, certain kinds of non-personal technical information, such as your IP address or host name, any website that referred you to us, your browser type, version and features (e.g., whether or not you have Java, what version of Flash you have installed, etc.), your operating system type, and your times of access and account modification, may be collected automatically as part of the Site's operation. Lovely Day collects and uses your personal information (as well as non-personal information) to:

• perform research and analysis aimed at improving our, our sponsors’ and our clients’ products, services, technologies, events and social initiatives;

• enable you to communicate and share information with other users of the Site and to use tools, features and services on the Site at your choosing;

• provide you with newsletters, RSS feeds, or other communications or services which you have signed up for or otherwise agreed to receive; and

• send account-related communications such as welcome letters and confirmations. Unless you indicate a preference not to receive such information when you sign up for the Site, we may also send you surveys, marketing communications and updates to inform you of new Site features as well as events, information, products or services from Lovely Day, its sponsors or clients that may be of interest (for example, we may contact you about a new conference or event with a similar focus or audience as one for which you signed up on the Site). These surveys, marketing communications and updates may come from Lovely Day or our service providers. Disclosing Your Personal Information

Except as set out in this privacy policy, Lovely Day does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third parties.

Publicly Viewable Information you submit for your personal profile page or post on Interactive Areas is publicly viewable (for more information, please see the section above entitled “Publicly Viewable Information”). In addition, Lovely Day actively collects, compiles, analyzes and shares Publicly Viewable Information with its sponsors and clients for research purposes.

We may also disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may engage other companies to host the Site, to transmit e-mail communications and/or marketing communications, to conduct audits, to provide web analytics, etc. These third-party service providers (i) shall be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service, and (ii) must protect personal information to the same extent as Lovely Day, including not using it for any improper purpose.

We do NOT share personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing use. However, you should be aware that these and other third parties visiting the Site may see your Publicly Viewable Information and may use it for solicitation persons. In addition, from time to time, we and/or our event co-hosts (such as the Feast Social Innovation Conference (the “Feast”)) may introduce certain users and/or commentators on the Site (or certain speakers and/or commentators at events hosted or sponsored by us or the Feast), to our respective clients and sponsors for purposes of facilitating workshops and other collaborations. You agree that we and the Feast may provide your name, contact information (including e-mail address and Twitter username) and relevant communications on or through the Site to such clients and sponsors in furtherance of these purposes. However, we have no obligation to do so, and any selections will be made in our sole discretion.

We may also disclose personal information to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, a court or administrative agency, or other governmental authority in connection with an investigation or legal proceeding or where otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
